Michael (Mike) Catell has been in revenue development in both the corporate and non-profit sectors for three decades, and is currently the Vice President of Development for a national policy institute in Washington, D.C. He has held senior level management and fundraising positions, raising more $250 million for mission-centered organizations based in Washington D.C., northern Virginia, and in the Fredericksburg and Stafford areas. As a community leader, he has held key volunteer positions in the Rotary Club of Stafford and his church, where he is active in lay ministry and served on the Finance Council and Capital Campaign Committee. Mike has presented at national conferences for the Council for Resource Development and served as Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America Aquia District Finance and Development Committee. He is a 2010 graduate of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fredericksburg program. Mike earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from King's College, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Jeniene, reside in the Falmouth District of Stafford County and have six children and four grandchildren.
