Good evening Stafford County Republicans! 

As Chairman of the Stafford County Republican Committee (the “SCRC”), I do hereby call for a meeting of the SCRC to take place at the aforementioned date, time, and location, unless it should become necessary to announce a different location, for the purpose of conducting the business set forth below, and any other such business as may come before the SCRC.

I have family obligations on top of this meeting and need to be in one place more than in another, so Vice Chairman Chapman will convene and conduct the meeting.

Good evening Stafford County Republicans! 

My primary initiative during February's meeting will be establishing Precinct Captains.   We will shortly reflect on the past year, look forward to the upcoming state and local elections and hear from candidates.  

We are also expecting a visit from the Republican Party of Virginia Chairman Richard Anderson.

This month's meeting will be somewhat long. I hope to end it by 2100 but there are critical issues we must hit on and vote on to start 2025 out right and to be the most effective county committee that we can for our candidates this year.  Just setting expectations.
